The themes have been selected in the individual and team coaching processes of management and experts. You may be concerned about your own effectiveness, credibility or appearance. You may also be interested in learning how to listen and interact better, either in one-on-one or group situations. Communication can also cause unnecessary tension or stress, or you may over-prepare for situations. Maybe you’re just numb to all the communication under the big flood of messages. The webinars are also good reflective and safe “aquariums” for your own communication.<\/p>\n

Light Up focuses especially on identifying and brightening your personal communication image, in different situations and goals, but we also look into other subject areas. In one-on-one coaching, you can get to grips with communication topics that are important to you. This year, in the program, we emphasize screen\/web communication as the context of communication. Many of us have moved to spend most of our communication time on a laptop or desktop screen. The virtual communication environment brings new challenges to the quality, effectiveness, experience and workload of communication.
