Welcome to personal coaching!<\/strong>\u00a0I bring a wealth of experience to coaching from my diverse career as a leader, manager, specialist, and coach. With decades of experience in business development and management, I find coaching to be an effective way to support change, growth, leadership, communication, and well-being. I’ve been coaching part-time since the 1990s and full-time for over eight years.<\/p>\n

Coaching is a transformative journey that offers self-discovery, reflection, and new perspectives<\/strong>. It’s a powerful tool for personal and professional growth suitable for individuals at various career and life stages who want to achieve their full potential. I work fluently with any level of executive and anyone who would benefit from the coaching method for personal purposes.<\/p>\n

As your coach, I work creatively and energetically<\/strong>\u00a0to help you achieve your unique goals using deep listening and dialogue, imagination, metaphors, systemic and reflective work, visualization, body listening, outdoors coaching, and other creative methods that enrich the process from the usual dialogical conversation. You can also access our extensive exercise library and advanced tools like CLUES Stress Measurement and PQ, Positive Intelligence Coaching tools. Outdoor activities, including trekking and skiing, and an adventurous and just hygge-life in Finnish Lapland and the Swiss Alps energize me in nature. I will bring that to my coaching, too!<\/p>\n

I am the CEO and Partner of our own coaching company<\/strong>, which we co-founded with my husband, and we offer our coaching team services here and abroad. As the Vice President of the Board for the International Coaching Federation Finland, I am also part of a larger coaching community worldwide. I initially studied communication-oriented human sciences and have gathered many international facilitation and coaching studies during the last decade. I am an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, Reading University. My research focuses on communication experience in the digital coaching context.<\/p>\n
